The Town Clerk is statutorily responsible for administering the Municipal Election.

Regular Town Council Meetings of the Town of Taos are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. Workshop Meetings are conducted on Mondays preceding each Regular Town Council Meeting at 4:00 p.m. Meetings will take place at the Town Council Chambers located at 120 Civic Plaza Drive, Taos, New Mexico. Any meetings that falls on an observed holiday or other scheduled closure is held at the same time and place on the next business day or as approved by the Town Council. Special Meetings are scheduled as needed and are also held at the Town Council Chambers unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
