  • All retail businesses must close by 10:00 p.m. daily. Retail businesses include restaurants, grocery stores, and big-box stores. 
  • A municipal curfew is reinstated within the Town of Taos from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for all persons other than first responders, essential workers, and essential business needs (healthcare, caregiving, etc.) 
  • No Halloween, Election Night, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s events, house parties, or gatherings by any business, organization, club, or person shall be permitted other than family gatherings consistent with the number of persons (household or family members) allowed under the State Public Health Order. 
  • No door-to-door trick-or-treating, business sales, or other solicitations shall be permitted, consistent with the State Public Health Order.  
  • A statewide Stay-At-Home Order and 14-day quarantine remains in effect for all persons from out-of-state or leaving the state and returning, regardless of whether you can show evidence of a negative test. 
  • Food and drink establishments may continue to offer limited indoor dining at a maximum of 25 percent occupancy as of October 30, 2020, if certified under the NM Safe training program.  
  • Food and drink establishments not certified may only provide outdoor dine-in service at 75% with 6 ft. spacing between tables and other state-required COVID safety protocols.
