There are three computers in the Teen’s Library for the exclusive use of patrons 18 and under. They are internet accessible. Teens are allowed two 30 minute sessions on the computers per day. Teens also have access to iPads and Nintendo Switches for in-library use. Teens must have a library card and be over the age of 10.
Teens entering 6th through 12th grade are invited to register and participate in our annual Summer Reading Program! Teens will return their reading logs and receive a ticket! With their ticket they can "purchase" prizes. Save one ticket for a pencil bag, or six tickets for Bluetooth speakers! Also on Tuesdays, from 2-3:00 PM, join us for fun activities and crafts. At the end of the Summer Reading Program, all of the Teen’s reading logs and attendance in weekly library events, will qualify them for multiple entries in our grand prize drawing! They must be present during the July 27th Ice Cream Party in order to claim the grand prize. For more information about teen services, email Raquel or call her at 575-737-2588.
